It's what happens before we set up a communications network that really matters

How can we respond so quickly to customer requests? By ensuring we are ready to respond to any customer request long before the call for help comes in. Long before a customer calls one of our offices, we are already hard at work, searching for the latest technology and innovations for remote area communication networks. That means we take the time to attend all the key trade shows and read the trade publications dealing with telecom and information technology. "We choose the best of the best and we put it all together in a way that makes it very simple to service or replace a part," explains Rob Coulls, Chief Operating Officer for Earth Communications.

At the same time, the company invests constantly in technical and safety programs, created to make Earth Communications technicians among the best in the industry. Our technicians are available 24/7, every day of the year, and rarely, if ever, are held up waiting for parts because we maintain a full parts inventory. Repairs can also be made remotely.

Give us a few days and we can make communication possible almost anywhere

You would expect that we are well known for working at remote oil exploration, mining and forestry sites, but our ever growing client list also includes companies who needed a remote communication network to service non-industrial sites, such as a remote hunting camp or fishing lodge. Put simply, we create communications where it didn't exist before.

Expanding to meet the growing demand for our services

Recognizing the need to have offices close to where our clients operate, we are adding a third location, scheduled to open later this year in Grand Prairie. Our two existing locations are in Edmonton and Fort Nelson.

"Distance matters," notes Tom Bentham, Director of Human Resources for Earth Communications. "If you are closer to your client, it stands to reason that you can provide installations and service faster than a competitor that is located farther away."

With quality, integrity and safe operations, Earth Communications will provide an array of products and services that empower our customers to communicate effectively in today's changing world.
